Opera View is building a team of hospitality professionals for the most photographed address in Australia. Every service, directly opposite the Opera House and beside the Harbour Bridge.

Opera View is part of the Manjit’s family, so our people learn from one of Sydney’s most loved kitchens while working the harbour’s best room.

- Service standards, wine and beverage knowledge, and pathways into supervisor and management roles.

- The Level 4 of the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay — a two-minute walk from ferries and trains.

Event Service Team
Floor and canapé service across weddings, corporate events and private celebrations. Casual shifts with regular weekend work.
Bartenders
Champagne, cocktail and premium beverage service on a harbourfront bar. RSA required, high-volume experience valued.
Kitchen and Catering
Chefs and kitchen hands working alongside our friends and partner restaurant, Manjit's Sydney.
Event Managers
Own the run sheet from first enquiry to final farewell, leading a team across events of up to 450 guests.
Guest Arrival and Cloakroom
The first face our guests meet at the terminal entrance. Warm, calm and impeccably presented.
