Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a booking and does not hold a date. Enquiry forms on this site are submitted to HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, which records your enquiry and sends your confirmation email so our events team can respond. Dates are only held once our team confirms a hold with you in writing.

A booking is confirmed when we issue a written confirmation and you accept it, together with any deposit we have agreed. Final guest numbers, menu selections and beverage packages are confirmed in the lead-up to your event as set out in your confirmation.

Capacities, layouts and hire rates shown on this site are indicative and are confirmed for your event in writing.

Tickets to our events, including New Year’s Eve, are sold on this website and paid for by card at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider — we do not handle or store your card details. Your confirmation and receipt are emailed to you once payment succeeds.

Prices shown are in Australian dollars and per person unless stated otherwise, and include any applicable tax shown at checkout. Ticket numbers for each package, and bottle service add-ons, are limited and are sold on availability.

Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us, in which case ticket holders are refunded to the card used at checkout. Cancellation and postponement terms for private event bookings are set out in your individual booking confirmation. If circumstances beyond our control affect an event, we will contact you with the options available.

Opera View is a licensed venue. Guests must be 18 or over unless an event is specifically advertised otherwise, and photo identification may be requested on entry. We serve alcohol responsibly and our team may refuse service or entry where required to do so.

Event schedules, entertainment and menu items may change for operational reasons. Dietary requirements should be advised in advance so our kitchen can cater for them.

The details you give us through our forms, HubSpot and our card checkout are used only for the purpose of your enquiry, booking and event. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, who can see it and how long we keep it.

Images, text and branding on this site belong to Opera View and our partners and may not be reproduced without permission. We take care to keep information accurate, but details such as pricing, packages and availability can change.
