We collect your details through our enquiry forms, HubSpot and our Stripe card checkout, and we use them only for the purpose of your enquiry, booking and event.
Last updated 19 September 2026
When you send an enquiry, request tickets or apply for a role, we collect only the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company (if you provide one), the event type and date you are interested in, guest numbers, and anything you write in the notes or message field. Job applicants also provide the documents they choose to upload.
We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider.
We use two third-party platforms to collect and manage this information, and we want to be clear about both:
Enquiry and ticket-interest forms on this site are submitted to HubSpot, our customer relationship management system. HubSpot stores your enquiry and sends the confirmation email you receive, so our events team can respond to you and keep track of your enquiry.
Ticket purchases for our events, including New Year’s Eve, are paid for on this site through Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe handles your card details and the payment itself, and gives us only the order information we need to prepare for your arrival — your name, email address, phone number, package and number of tickets.
Both platforms hold your information under their own privacy policies and security standards. We also keep a record of your enquiry or booking in our own secure venue system, accessible only to authorised Opera View staff.
We use your information solely for the purpose of your enquiry, booking and event. That means:
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists without your consent, and any email you do opt into can be unsubscribed from at any time.
Access is limited to Opera View staff who need it to manage your enquiry or event, and to our service providers (HubSpot, Stripe and our email provider) acting on our instructions. Internal notes our team adds to a booking are never visible on this website.
We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site — pages viewed, language chosen and whether an enquiry was submitted. This is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
We use the Meta pixel on this site so we can measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs. It records pages viewed and completed ticket purchases, including the order value and currency, and shares that activity with Meta Platforms for advertising measurement and ad optimisation. We do not send Meta your name, email address or phone number, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this only runs if you accept cookies on the banner shown when you arrive. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page — declining stops any further measurement immediately. Elsewhere, measurement runs by default and you can still decline through the same link.
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to manage your event and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then remove them. Job application documents are kept for the recruitment process and a reasonable period afterwards unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email varun@manjits.com.au and our team will look after it.
