Cocktail black tie is the mood of the night — the harbour deserves it.
- Cocktail black tie: dinner suits, tuxedos, floor-length or cocktail dresses.
- Elegant separates and a statement jacket work beautifully too.
- Comfortable shoes for standing and dancing — the terrace is open-air.
- A light wrap or blazer for the harbour breeze after midnight.
- Please avoid denim, shorts, activewear and open footwear.
What to bring
Travel light.
Food, beverages and entertainment are all taken care of. A few things worth having with you:
- Photo ID — required for entry and bar service, no exceptions.
- Your booking confirmation or e-ticket on your phone.
- A small clutch or evening bag; large bags cannot be accommodated.
- A camera or charged phone — the view earns it.
- Pre-arranged transport details; Circular Quay closes to traffic on the night.

Guests are welcomed on the top level with a glass of champagne and invited to settle into the open seating area.

Canapés begin
Gourmet canapés by Manjit's Sydney served continuously, with live entertainment.

Family fireworks
The 9pm harbour fireworks, seen level with the sky from the terrace.
10:00pm
DJ and dancing
Live entertainment moves into a DJ set as the room turns to the water.
11:45pm
Take your position
Terrace opens fully, glasses topped up and the countdown to midnight begins.
12:00am
Midnight fireworks
Sydney's midnight display, front on to the Harbour Bridge and Opera House.
12:15am
Into the new year
Late canapés, dancing and beverages continue until 2am.
2:00am
Farewell
Doors close and our team assists guests with departure from Circular Quay West.
